New to the section
During the past 5 moths i have modified my engine to that point that i suspect that the old chip is not sufficient anymore.
The problem here is that, the prices for eg Haltech ECM is sky high so i'm looking at some cheaper solutions. I'm completely in the woods about programming so some one, give me the basics, please.

For help on what to change, that's pretty much what the board is for ;)
For basic, general ideas on what happens, check out the FAQ sticky at the top. :cheers:

Be prepared to do some reading!

Doing it yourself will probably give you better results and at a MUCH cheaper cost than buying aftermarket chips or so called custom chips.
