1990 C4 | Digital Dash Not Reading Module 9.0 (ABS/ASR)

THE ISSUE: I ran a digital dash code test on my 1990 Corvette and the 9.0 (ABS/ASR) did not even show up. Am I missing something? What could be wrong?

BACKGROUND: Greetings, Corvette Lovers!
I recently bought the car that was, as a ten-year old, on my wall a, C4 Corvette. 1990 Chevrolet Corvette (no ZR-1)
Fast forward a couple decades later, I want to do something with my hands. I'm decent as a wrench with bicycles. I'm maybe an advanced rookie with cars. I did not grow up with much any institutional knowledge, but I am curious and ambitious (perhaps to a fault when it comes to cars!). And can definitely follow a well-executed DIY video.
