Default Suggestions please

These are the spark plugs out of my 85 4 plus 3. I brought the car in Guam. Just barely got it running enough to get on a transport state side. The plugs have maybe 2 hours of run time. Notice the passengers side plugs have so much carbon. The drivers side a lot less. New IAC, O2 sensor, MAT, Ignition module.
Any suggestions?

I was going to use the coil from my 89. Turns out the coil in the 85 is brand new, so is the O2 sensor and IAC. Someone suggested the cold start injector. I am going to try and run the car next weekend. Cold start disconnected.

These plugs have hours on them. When I was in Guam the plugs were soaked in gas. I just had the FI rebuilt. The shop said that all of the injectors worked. Some were at about 85 percent flow. But that's it?

Both sides look about the same, to me.

You have access to a scan tool? Can you hook that up and watch a datastream? Have you ever run it long enough to get it into closed loop? Or has it just been cold started/idled a bunch?

I have dataloging of this car running. I am sure that I ran it to operating temperature. The IAC, which is new, was all over the place. I am using an aftermarket MAF. It ran better that the stock MAF.
