Idle issue
I am having problems with my 1984 vette the idle is way to high and I put new iacs in it and new maf sensor and still no change and there's no vacum leaks anywhere so please help ???

There is a Leak somewhere, Have you taken a wet rag and slid it around the Edges of the Intake Cover (84s have 2 Piece Intakes, Cover & Bolted to Block Section) sometimes the cover paper Gaskets Break.
Have you Pinched or Plugged brake booster Feed Hose, or spray water Steams at the Throttle Plate Shafts, are the Throttle Plates Truly closing/sticking. I am sure you looked at the Hoses but over the past 40 years some may have rotted or are just loose on the Nipple.
