I bought new seals, along with some other parts, for my Dana 36 from Dennys Driveshaft.
I noticed the Dana/Spicer axle seals that they recommended, when I got them, don’t have the metal dust cap the old ones, and others I’ve seen for sale do.
The P/N seems to be correct, but I’m not sure I should be using them. Should I cut my losses and just buy the ones with the dust covers? H
