PCM Constants - rev limit question

In the constants I have my rev limit set to 6093 first gear and 6043 for 2-6.

In eeHack I recorded an almost 6400 rev on my 1-2 shift. What am I missing? Is there somewhere else to set the rev limit?

it’s a 94

This is TunerCat. I use it for adjusting the bin because it’s what I know. I do use Flashack to flash the pcm.

I Would test a much lower setting to see if it functions as intended. For example set 1st to 4000rpm and then smack 4000rpm and see if it actually does anything.

If so maybe the momentum of the engine carried it to 6400. Unlikely but its the only way I can think of to reach a higher rpm without fuel.
