Default Fuel pump GPH for LT1 engine?

Now that I’ve got the filter changed I’m installing a new fuel pump but neglected to get the gph on the pump and I’m embarrassed to say I’m not sure where to look. The local Chevy dealer was no help so I’m back to the experts.
Thank you all…

The nice thing about fuel pumps in a return style system is it's very difficult to go too big. I would just upgrade to a Walbro 255 lph and be done with it. Then you would have room to grow if you ever want upgrades or to convert it to flex fuel. That and they are very affordable.

But if memory serves I want to say the LPH on a factory LT1 pump was around 180 or so. But don't quote me on that.

An original GM# for an LT1 pump is/was 25163464. An interchange using that part # should be satisfactory for everyday use. TI who does Walbro also displays 22 GPH for the rating you asked, regarding their direct replacement. TI has also a performance optioned part if you wanted 55 GPH rating. All TI product is I believe still a product of the USA or maybe some in Canada. You can use this link for either an 'interchange' or by application.

One important thing I would like to add to this. Use the link that WVZR-1 posted if they have it in stock. There are A LOT of counterfeit TI/Walbro pumps out there. DO NOT order one from Amazon or ebay. You want to go either factory direct (TI Automotive), Summit Racing or Racetronix if possible.

I never heard that the TI pumps from Summit were counterfeit. I'm not saying you're wrong of course. But I wonder if they got a counterfeit shipment of them or something. At least they have a good return policy. I never ordered one from them so I don't know first hand. I got mine from either Racetronix or factory direct. The regular Walbro 255 lph pump ran my cammed LS6 for years until I wanted to run dry nitrous and flex so I upgraded to a 450. The basic 255 pumps will generally support over 400 hp NA on pump gas with no problem so it will easily supply enough fuel for an LT1.

This is what I really like about this forum. I asked for lph or gph and not only got that but more very useful additional information on the fuel system. Thanks to all that chimed in and the 🚀 is back to running even better than before.
