Cleaning with SIMPLE GREEN, HOW DO YOU PROTECT ELECTRONICS???
I hear Simple Green is the cleaner of choice for the Vette. What do you guys do?? Do you spray it on and rinse with garden hose?? Or do you use high pressure???
What items need to be covered or protected from moisture???

Buy several cans of CRC Brake or Electrical cleaner (it's the same stuff)... blast the crap out of any greasy parts you desire and walk away.
It will evaporate without residue, has enough power out of the can (and chemical properties) to destroy any grease on any surface. Unless it has some reactive properties on rubber I'm not aware of, I'd think it should be the de facto choice for quick and easy cleaning of engine components. Naturally, by the nomenclature of the product, it won't harm electrical components.
It's a much better de-greaser than Castrol SuperClean or Simple Green. It simply eliminates grease in seconds without any extra effort on the part of the guy using it.
