The connector would be a single terminal 'WeatherPack' and maybe your snapshot is the remains of what would have been correct. The connector shell is missing and it's maybe possible just to get the single terminal 'WeatherPack' shell and save what's there or maybe a new shell and a terminal to refresh it completely. What color is the wire? Clean the wire to correctly ID it but I'd say you're there. Many here on the CF might frown on the oil filter brand but that's certainly a personal choice maybe.
Delphi 12015791 would be a correct shell I believe.
The 02 wire if remembered right is a single Black wire and as WR-1 Mentioned see if you can find the rest of the plug, if not new you can grab on from a junk yard GM it's one of the parts that many cars share I would thought recommend that you get the terminal tool to save your factory end and just bring over the weather pack. Unless you're going to splice correctly NO CUT AND CRIMP cheap unsealed butt connectors suck.
The bigger question is does your exhaust have a place for the 02 sensor
