Default Acceleration problem

Hello I have a 88 corvette I’ve changed my distributor, o2 sensor, fuel pump, fuel filter, coolant sensor, Alternator, battery, spark plugs and wires, and injectors I timed it to 6 degrees but the car still struggles to start and occasionally it struggles to accelerate I’m not sure what the issue is the only code I got was rich exhaust the exhaust is cut open right before the cats up front so idk if the o2 sensors sending a bad signal or what I’ve checked for vacuum leaks as well and nothing idk if anyone knows what could cause this I did find my fuel pump clogged yesterday cleaned it and put the sock back on since the last one fell off

Check fuel pressure and bleed down rate.

In open loop the O2 sensor is not part of the fuel calculation.

Did you change the fuel filter before or after finding the pump clogged and the sock off. New filter might be full of crap.
