Coming of the rear of the manifold is a vacuum line that goes thru a check valve over to the cruse control. Also off of this check valve is an another connection for a second vacuum line.

When I pulled distributor I think I
might have disconnected a line to it. It’s been a while since I have worked on car, but it seems there was a vacuum line off of it going down the firewall behind the distributor to the AC under the dash. I am looking for vacuum line diagram, but haven’t found it yet. Anyone know anything about this vacuum line or check valve?
Your assumption that it goes to the A/C in the car is likely correct and if you see the grommet where the ECM wires pass through the firewall grommet you should find a remnant of the vacuum line. Actual diagrams are scarce in the FSM but your thoughts regarding it are correct.
