Default Upgrading my 93 vette

So Ive recently spent a few thousand on upgrades for my newly acquired car. Including an infotainment screen, new PowerStop Brakes, American Racing Headers, Header Stud set, new Air duct, B&M transmission cooler, Yukon Dana36 3.54 ratio gear, and looking at a torque converter... deciding between these two... if anyones had any experience with either let me know! also, I was thinking, if im going to pay a shop to do the work involving pulling the trans, should I be doing any other upgrades while they have the trans out? like flex plate, etc... the PO said the trans was rebuilt and there is very slight jerk while shifting at open throttle but I would think its normal with cars of this age... then again im 23 years old and only a month or two into owning my c4. let me know if anyones had either of these torque converters and if there's other upgrades I should go for while getting the labor done.... seems like they're the same product just different stall speeds?
