AC issues
So I just replaced all components for the ac system on my 90 C4 except for the manifold line. Put the system into a 60 minute vacuum, white orifice tube and 28oz of 134 freon. My problem is my low side pressure is at about 38psi and my high side is at 350psi and it's blowing at 70°, both fans are coming on. I can get the high side down to about 240psi if I run water over the condensor but that's it. Any help or insight would be greatly appreciated.

Did you install the FOT properly? They typically have a tiny arrow pointing the direction of the refrigerant flow. Also, R12 versus R134A FOTs have different orifice diameters to meter properly.
What is the ambient?
