Tranny question,trying to save some $$
I have an 86 with the 4+3 over drive...I took it in for what ended up being a clutch replacement but the mech assumed that it was the original clutch since it is a 2 owner vette and had the fly wheel resurfaced...it was resurfaced too thin. My question is, Was this flywheel used on any other GM cars or was it specific to the vette?
