Something up with your intake manifold?

The factory LT1 intake is documented to support up to 400rwhp

If you're looking to make more power with an LT1 I would cam it with some long tube headers and a tune.

I have a intake leak and was looking at options besides just replacing the gasket, just getting an idea of the intakes I could get

No reason to replace the intake in my opinion.

Save the money for a cam and or long tube headers.

The intake manifold gasket job on the LT1 is pretty easy!
