Window Issues!
1996 base LT4 corvette, the windows operated normally for a while, then the passenger side window would only go down partway till the motor would stop. No horrid noises or anything, it just stopped, still rolled up perfectly fine. Trying to roll it down again, the distance till it stopped decreased, and this happened a couple of times until now it wont go down at all.
What do you guys think it could be?

Update: I can hear some very soft noise coming from the motor, like it's trying to do something but can't. I don't see anything obviously wrong, and it doesn't work from both switches. What's the best place to check if the motor is recovering enough voltage, and what do you think the issue could be?
