If your intentions are to keep things stock with the engine and just want to get it running and driving properly, then sourcing one cylinder head is the way to go.....But, since it's apart, I would definitely have both heads (the one good one and the replacement one) gone through (touch-up the valves, check guides, replace seals, check springs, resurface, etc). And don't forget to take your intake with to the machine shop to get checked for straightness as well! This is assuming we're talking about the aluminum cylinder heads for your '93, if this question was asked for the '84 - early '86 cast iron heads, I'd say throw them both in the iron bin....cracked or not!!!
