I was having a noise that sounded like a bad crank bearing and in my process to diagnose I find this. Is this bad enough to require replacing?
I know the stock DMF is not available, what would be the best replacement if I have to?
That does not look terrible to me and unless you are having clutch issues just re use it. Check out Ram Clutch for what is considered the best replacement. Use the Search here on the forum for lots of info on this topic.
