I believe for '95 SER & Theft are likely one in the same. Might be a nomenclature error in the '95 FSM component drawings. In '96 FSM the SER is noted to be THEFT. Same illustration. "95 wiring diagrams show THEFT RELAY as same location left of IP ................ wiring colors all match starter wiring and it's called THEFT Relay. This image is from a '95 FSM and the actual wiring diagrams 8A-30-0 (starter) and 8A-133-0 (Theft UTD) reference it to be THEFT but still in the components image 8A-201-24 refer to it as SER.
