1984 C4 emissions test Fail
I need your support in order to know from your experience about a 1984 C4 Corvette auto transmission.
I am restoring this car and as part of the challenge I did the emissions test and the result was: 10X over the limit of Hydrocarbons and too much gas on the mix.
How can I solve this issue? Is this just a carburetor issue? In general the car does not smoke but smells like a bit.
Additionally I can notice this is a very hot engine with oil temp up to 102°C / 215°F.
I appreciate your feedback =)

Get the car down to about a 1/4 tank of gas. Go to the nearest drug store and by the 2 pints of 91percent rubbing alcohol pour it in your tank and go get your emissions tested. You'll pass.
