hmmm.. Do you think it is worth to increase each value in max maf vs rpm table a bit?

Yes, please raise the max maf vs rpm table to avoid any artificial limitation as we've already discussed.

Here is the hypertech data if anybody cares: https://datazap.me/u/tequilaboy/ailv...2-15&mark=1631

Summary of hypertech bin changes relative to stock ACKY (only 33 functional bytes): Fan on/off temperatures reduced by 15 °F, 13.23:1 Target AFR in Power enrichment @ 3600 rpm, 13.09:1 @ 4000-4400 rpm, increased converter lock/unlock speeds (11/12 mph low gear) (5/5 mph high gear), minor spark advance changes (+ 1-2 degrees at high load).

Side note: Your idle is running 100-200 rpm high and the error cannot be controlled by the IAC (since it is already at 0 counts). Consider raising the desired idle rpm to match the current behavior, or readjust the throttle and tps so that the IAC can properly control the idle rpm according to your preference.

Hmm, interesting. My TPS is at 0.55V, and when car is warm - it is about 600-700.
Also, I updated the Max AirFlow vs RPM table, buy adding +50 to each (max 255) at ACKY. Behavior probably the same (I guess), maybe a bit less smooth than with stock table, but a bit better acceleration (?). Also found interesting IAC behavior with ACKY in comparing to Hypertech on the graph - the drop after high revs is smoother.
Also, made 2 hard accelerations with WOT (second screenshot and csv) and new MAF vs RPM table - second acceleration was with wheels spinning, so thats why speed dropped once I got grip.

The good news is that the maf is no longer being limited by the table, or at least not limited by very much. I would add a bit more to the max maf table just in case.

Now for the bad news: The TPS voltage is low. Max observed only 3.1 volts. Its just barely getting into power enrichment mode above approx. 2.7 volts (70 % tps in the table). You should see maximum tps voltage of around 4.5 volts. Check to be sure that the throttle is opening fully. To be safe, reduce the tps % required in order to enter power enrichment mode (WOT). I would suggest 50% until you get the tps voltage issues sorted out.

Tps load axis (%) vs throttle position voltage example log for reference: https://datazap.me/u/tequilaboy/aldl...163-71-217-293

Note: The (reduced) tps voltage range appears to be at least part of the root cause of the Code 33 (along with the elevated mass air flow).

Yeap, seems it was my mistake during hard acceleration - was afraid to put pedal hard
So now I checked the whole TPS range (by hand and pedal) - it is end to end - 0.56 to 4.18 V. Cant' get it higher on the top of range - it pushes against the throttle body limiter.
So just re-did the WOT test, and it seems more accurate now - reached 4.18V during the acceleration (graphs and CSVs below)

Throttle position looks better now. No issues with PE entry. Strong mass airflow readings of 240 gm/sec (maximum observed) with a bit of headroom left. It is knocking, but not severely. Fuel is safely rich at WOT.

Event from 2nd log (time frame 70-80 seconds):
