Default Needing help with electrical wiring

So my digital dash doesn’t work. The center information screen I believe doesn’t work. Under the steering column I have two plugs that isn’t connected to anything and they look factory.
This is the two plugs I’m referring to

This is the dash no lights or anything when I turn the key

This is the center console and it’s plugged up but I haven’t got t to display anythjng

I believe these wires are for the window switch

The plug hanging against the trans tunnel is the ALDL. (Diagnostic port)
The main dash could have a blown fuse, or judging by the looks of things, the power supply inside it could be bad, bulbs blown, etc. There are parts available to fix it yourself, or you can send it out. The middle panel above the radio doesn't light up unless the radio is on. That small rectangular hole in the console is where the window switch would be, so id think you are right about those wires being for the switch.

The plugs that go into the IP are on the right hand side of it.

He means the cluster. One connector is from the control panel in the center column that controls the center display. English/Metric and what info the cluster displays. The other is part of the main harness.
