I picked up a set of NOS LT4 heads, cam and intake. What components are different? Lifters, rods, rockers, injectors, throttle body, spark plugs?

IME, it's a lot of work to change all that for a smallish increase in power/speed. However, the LT4 is nicer engine to drive because it pulls to a higher RPM when desired and gives up no real low-end drivability. They make great street cars if you have a manual (which you do, per your sig). If you're okay putting in the labor yourself, it might be worth doing.
