PCM pros/cons
I have a stock 95 with the factory performance automatic. How much does a PCM change the car? they claim 100 hp. How much does it really change the car and is it worth doing? I just enjoy driving the car. I’m not going to race it. Sometimes I just enjoy driving the car in more of a sport driving mode. taking corners faster than a normal car.

Tuning only provides the ideal timing and fueling, so if that's far enough out of whack for some reason (cam, heads, exchaust, intake, compression, whatever) then it could easily be a 100 hp improvement. In very very general terms 10% is more realistic as OEM tunes are again generally too rich at WOT (small difference in power... and generally too lean at steady state partial throttle) and could use a few degrees of timing above perhaps 4K RPM where it's less likely to be knock limited (bigger difference).
