I use Meguire's Endurance as well. It's a pain using it on the Goodyear Eagle F1's though and on runflats because of the vertical lines on the sidewalls.
When I wash my car the tires get the Westley's Bleche-White (that's how they spell it) treatment. It (plus a quick brushing) removes all dirt and gunk collected from whatever tire treatment you've choosen.
As far as a tire treatment, I've found STP's Son-of-a-Gun to work pretty well. It leaves no shine. Just makes the rubber really black. ArmorAll has a funky smell that negates my using it for anything. Black Magic I've used on my previous Vettes that had the semi-oxided and/or wax filled black rub rail. It worked well for that.
The Maguire's Endurance left a pretty nasty build-up when I used it on my '74. Part of the problem may have been that I showed it several times in a row with very little driving or washing in between, but it had built up, especially around the lettering and other raised areas. Had to scrub it off, and I am now using armor all.

Re: Tire Dressing (Ernest)
Meguiars Gold Class Endurance High Gloss. Simply put, you can throw out everything else. This stuff is THE SHIZ. Seriously. This stuff has been out for about 2 weeks and as far as I know is pretty damn new. I used this stuff right when it came out. I used like 3 coats on all four tires and my tires are still pitch black and shiny. Every morning I go out and spray em down with a light water mist and they're ultra black with a heavy shine. Think about the fact that I live in AZ and the roads have probably the most dust and dirt of any US road system. And the best part about it is that unlike other tire cleaners and shiners.........this stuff lasts for weeks. Literally. I haven't had to reapply this stuff yet. It's been about 2 weeks. The cost of it is about 6-8 bucks and I've only used about 30 percent of the bottle at most with a triple coat of all four tires. BTW I've used just about every tire cleaner and shiner on the market..... they all had to be reapplied in like 2 days, most had to be reapplied the next day for optimal shine and coverage. And the others cost either the same $$$ or more. Meguiar's Gold Class RULES in this category.

Re: Tire Dressing (MaSTeRofDZaSTeR)
I think the Endurance cleans too, but you should have it applied on clean wet or dry tires. I do use Bleche-White on the tires first BTW and the tires in my sig are PRE-Endurance application. In other words they were dry as a bone before Endurance apps. I just haven't had the time to get more recent and/or better pics yet.
I think that the "best" tire dressing is rather subjective. It really depends on the look that you are after(baby oil dressed vs. new tire sheen or somewhere in between). Also, how much "sling" are you willing to put up with? Some tire dressings will sling onto body panels more than others, and that's just another mess to contend with.
I have a shelf full of this stuff, and have experimented with many brands. Personally, I prefer Vinylex on my Vette tires. It has a nice/moderate shine, no sling and provides UV protection. Application is simple and smooth.
The Zaino Perfect Tire Gloss is also a nice choice, but will provide slightly less sheen. If you are in search of a new tire look, then Zaino Perfect Tire Gloss would be worth taking a look at, as well as 303 Aerospace Protectant.
Eagle One used to produce a tire dressing called Concours Satin Finish, and that provided the lowest sheen that I have seen to date. They no longer
produce it, but have replaced it with their general protectant (not the same, if you ask me).
I've also tried the Meguiar's Endurance that everyone is speaking of. As far as a readily available dressing, it's okay but would not be my first choice. :steering:
