Default What should this setup be making???

OK I think my car is finally going to be driveable, this time tomorrow, after more than a year now. Since beginning the top-end rebuild, OCT. 2001, I've been plagued with numerous problems which held up my progress, financially and mechanically. The car is supposed to be finishing dynotuning today, but my guess is that it will probably be tomorrow.

Anyway, I'm a bit concerned, because I talked with the tuner last Friday when we were having issues with the O2 sensor, and I asked him if he had any runs on the dyno yet. He told me that he thought he pretty much had the WOT tuning done and my car had put out 330rwhp. I was a little stunned (I was expecting quite a bit more) and I didn't really think to ask him if it was a complete run, or any other questions concerning the dyno, other than that it was SAE and not just actual hp.

I have had my car dyno'd in the past and the last one I had was around 300rwhp without the heads, cam, and headers. The last time I had someone run a desktop dyno for me, with my current setup, it came up at 520 hp at the fly. What do you guys think?? Mods are in the sig with the exception of the cam specs:

@.050 230int/236exh
@.200 151int/157exh
gross lift w/1.6 .544/.555
lsa: 114
intake centerline @ 110

Heads are fully CNC ported.
Thanks for the opinions.

I ran the numbers on dd2000, guessing 11.00:1 compression, and it does say about 500 flywheel hp. Sound like something is wrong somewhere. Are you using a wideband 02 on the dyno? Is it getting enough timing? Just a couple idea's.

Should be putting out 350-370 rw at least.

Yeah they are running it with a wideband O2 sensor. I actually just got off the phone with the guy and he said it was misfiring on cylinders 1,3, and 8, so that is part of it. He also said that he hadn't dialed in the timing when he ran the dyno before, so that's something else there.
Thanks for running the simulation, I really hope the car will show better than 400hp at the wheels. Now we just have to figure out the misfires. Apparently, 8 was just a loose wire, but the other two are mysteries.

Anyone have any ideas??? I know the plug wires were checked for resistance problems already.
