Trying to replace the fuel pump on my 95 but having issue with removal of fuel lines. Got the bottom left off but I cant get top right off. Not enough room to get my big hands in a position to pull it off. I can get some rotation using pinch nose plyers but cant get to any leverage to do anything else. Any hints ??
In my experience with that line you will NEVER pull it off. It has to be pushed off. I was able to get a long needle nose on each side of the end and figured out how to brace it and push it off. Pulling is like a Japanese finger trap. Dan

Your tip was perfect! Pushing with needle nose was the answer. That line was really frustrating me. New pump installed and all buttoned back up. I had looked at a couple of YouTubes but none had any tips on removing fuel lines. Playing with that one line took longer than pulling and installing the new pump. I did end up reusing the sock, it was in great shape and the Delph replacement didn't come with a new one. Again, many thanks Whaleman !!!
