Okay, not sure what you are trying to find out, but, if its 60 outside, and after 10 minutes the gauge reads X? What is your thermostat, fan settings, etc. And, compare it to the digital gauge too.
My 93 is usually at the 20 degrees higher than my 160 degree thermostat, but close to my 185 degree fan settings.

I was just showing others what my temperature (gauges) is reading after a hour drive and then I parked with the engine idling for ten minutes . Nothing special but just maybe someone wants to make a comparison
