is there a special way to drain the oil from the compressor? I've turned it upside down, turned the rotor and no oil came out. The oil in the accumulator is light green, I guess an UV dye has been added to it check for leaks.

If you have the fill plug out and have swung it around then no. If there also is no signs of oil around the suction/discharge ports then you have your answer. It had no oil.

AFAIK, C4 Denso 10PA compressor with R134a uses 7.8oz of PAG 46. my 91C4 has the Denso 10PA20C compressor.
