recently found a 93 that hasn't been registered since 2010, when revving in neutral the rpms hover, take a few seconds to drop back down. IAC looks ok, getting a code 43 and 64 from the service light. mph lcd is lit but blank, trying to work that out, reason for relying on the service light for codes. also the fuel injectors are reading 8.5 ohm which I believe is lo and I have a gauge connected to the schrater valve reading zero, but the car starts right up and runs. hopefully bye end of day ill b able to drive it by end of day, putting the column back together as we speak. not sure if any of that info has anything todo with the rpm question. thanks
