So I have an 87 corvette and at around 35-40 mph there is a wobble or shake in the front end. If I break even in the slightest it will go away, release the break it will do it again, also if I accelerate over that 40-45 mph threshold it will also not be there.

I was thinking it could be a tires but they look fine maybe a warped rotor but it doesn’t do it when I break. I have a rack and pinion leak but there is fluid in there right now. Any ideas?

Check your ball joints, wheel bearings, steering linkages, and lug nuts, and lastly check the balance of your tires.
