No because they don't have the A.I.R. provisions. However the 2149's do have the provisions. You gotta check to see your local rules about headers though, here in CA we can't have longtubes.

It depends. I have passed without the crap on my headers for 3 years in a row in Dallas county. Usually they do not know what to look for and if it passes the sniffer, then no problems.

Mine has been doing the sniffer in the past. This year will be the first I have to be put on the rollers, so i guess we will see.
