Check my logic on this.
Having fuel pressure holding issues. This is an 86. I've changed out the injectors for bosch 3s, rebuilt the regulator, and has a new fuel pump and pulse dampner. When I power the pump I see 38 psi at the rail. As soon as I power down pressure drops quickly to zero. Pinched return line at tank and saw no change. Pinched feed line after running the pump and pressure held but slowly dropped to 20 psi possibly from my pince not being 100%. This makes me think I have a bad fuel pump or dampner connection? How long should the system hold pressure?
