A few days ago after driving my car for about an hour I parked it in the garage. After returning 2 or 3 days later to take her out for a spin I found the battery had been completely drained. I didn’t leave the headlights on or anything else that I can tell. I found a switch on the bottom of the rear view mirror that was on so I thought maybe this was the cause. I charged the battery with a maintainer and after about a day I went back to find it fully charged. The car fired right up and I took it around the block then put her to bed for the night. After work today, excited to go for a drive, I went to start the car to find it dead once again. It’s back on the maintainer, but what may I be overlooking or if not something simple how should I start to diagnose?

Edit: I used the incorrect terminology in my original post, I charged the battery with a Schumacher SC1304 15A auto/marine rapid battery charger and not a maintainer. Also, I did a better job of timing how long the charge took this go around. I connected the battery to the charger around 7pm on 6/22, as of 1pm on 6/23 the battery is fully charged.

This table converts the voltage to current and also gives correct current for different types of fuses to go along with C5 Diag's suggestion in the post above. Are your interior lights timing out correctly ??

Issue resolved. Embarrassingly, it was the dimmer switch being in the fully up “courtesy” position. I waited for the interior lights to go off and they never did.
Battery Testing:
13.73v immediately after charge, not connected
13.20v immediately after charge, connected
11.47v lowest voltage on starting
14.35-14.54v running
