Shortys for a 91
I have a 91 with a L98. Has anyone out there put shortys on their L98, and if so, how is the fit and difficulty? Sound? Performance change? And Lastly, what brand.

I don't think you'll see much gain from shorties on your L98; LT headers, hi flow cat and good cat-back are the way to go with an L98.
Check out my gains (on my site) from front Y, cat and cat-back change.

I put a set of LT1 style SLP shorty headers on my 1990 coupe. I had allready removed the air pump and emmisions isnt a problem here. Otherwise they bolt right up, direct replacement of the factory manifolds. I noticed a little bit more sound but not much HP, if any. If you need headers, get longtubes.
