No centre cluster lights or LCD

1995 , no cluster back lights , no LCD display , got a rebuilt one still no change.5a Fuse has no power to it . I have tried a new BCM still no luck. Grounds seam ok ? Tach and gauges work on cluster. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Check "Cluster Fuse #27" and "LCD Fuse #38"
Also check Instrument Cluster Connector Cavity A7 CKT 150 ( Ground) for an open

Location of grounds

I’m trying to test all the grounds to see if that’s part of my issue, I have no horn, no interior lights when the doors open, no dash back lights in cluster. Still no LCD display. Third row of fuses have no power to them ??

There are Two maxi -fuse blocks that are located under hood near battery. Check Fuse #1 in the "Forward Lamp Fuse Block" for Interior Lighting

Those have all been checked and are good. I have interior lights when I turn the dimmer on the head light switch all the way on.

Think it’s the CCM?

Could the ccm be my issue? Reading up on this. Just wondering if it can be programmed or checked with a scan tool to determine if this is the issue

In my 85 I had a ton of these that were opened too much and needed to be replaced in the fuse panel itself. Granted, your car is much newer but its worth a look.
