You can't TOUCH YOUR CAR WITHOUT AN FSM!!!! You can't drive it, put gas in it let alone WORK ON IT WITHOUT ONE!!!!! And if you don't type IN ALL CAPS and use exclamation marks EXCESSIVELY then people can't understand YOU!!!!!
When a fact is stated, proven to work etc, it should simply be a sticky. Many times the search function or choice of words gets people down a wrong rabbit hole. And its very difficult to manage a website with tons of information to dispel truth.

Not really sure what this conversion is about, I am guess working on a C-4 after working on old Corvettes for well started in 1965 (yep old guy) Ok C-4 or 5 OK C-4 #1 need to know something about working on cars something #2 need to be able to understand instructions ( lots video's out there) #3 if ask a question about how to do anything read 10 answers take the average answer then go look it up , #4 know someone that really knows how to really work on your whatever and have lots money to pay him her , Yep to meany to list so bottom line not more numbers #1 No short cuts when working on any Corvette not built that way ,I have tried , no by the book ,an old 84 in good shape will can go189 MPH anything capable of that speed you want to take cut NO you don't . Restored C-4s great cars fun rides but challenging to work on or parts easy to find kinda not cheap anymore, worth the trouble that's up to you, restore one for resale no if going to spend money on one keep it might get your money back might not? I just got back on a 2000mile in my restored 93-mile trip no problem fun trip ..
Two of a bunch ground up restored my me C-4s ..
