Default Soft top help!

I have a 94 convertible with a glass back window and I can’t push the back up far enough so I can open the back hatch to take the top off

I can’t figure that out. I’ve opened it multiple times with no issues. So frustrating

Humm, it’s really just swing up but something is hindering it . Look at the pivot points on each side and follow it up to the top, that’s the only area other than the window that can stop it from coming up fully

When I store the convertible top, I'll first release it from the deck lid, then lift it up and push the release button for the deck lid, let it back down than go to the front and release the latches on driver and pass. side, lift and fold into storage area.
