Hi all.
I have oil pooling on my intake where it bolts to the heads. I assume the oil is coming from the bolt holes. The valve covers appear to be dry. Time for new intake gaskets? 85 l98. Thx.
My Friend you have Officially Been Salted into the Wonderful world of Corvette Ownership That is an Intake Leak if you look Behind the Distributor you will probably also find a Wet China Wall. so since your already are Pulling the Plenum & Rail Keep Going and do the Intake. Its only a few more Bolts and a Coolant Dump away, and make sure to change Oil after Intake Job because Oil May Get a Splash of Coolant.

When you put the Intake in bolts back in seal the threads, I have done both ways you can use a Automotive Tephlon paste or wrap with Tephlon tape. I prefer the paste lube's the threads and slides better
