I would like to know the answer to this, too as I am building a new motor. I have heard that the TPIS is an Edelbrock with the TPIS name on it. Another question to add to the discussion is what happens when you use large tube runners? Do you need to port the intake openings to match the larger than stock runners?

SR with unported Edelbrock base, 52MM - 224 cfm
SR with unported Accel base, 52MM - 233 cfm
SR with heavily massaged E base, mild port runners, 58MM - 256 cfm
SR with heavily massaged A base, mild port runners, 58MM - 259 cfm
You might want to run a search, this has come up several times before.
Id say they both flow about the same, ported they can flow equally.
