third bake light removal?

Default third bake light removal?

Hey,
got a blub out on my third bake light on my 1988 conv. how do you get to it?I 've looked all over youtube no such luck ,service manual has nothing about it either.

You have to reach in from the top by the gas filler (remove door assembly and bib) to gain access from top also remove license plate to access from the bottom
There are two 10 or 11 mm nuts remove them and the light assembly comes out. If you don't want to pull the assembly there is 2 screws that hold the back cover on that allows access to the bulbs so you have options.
Be careful Not to let the trim piece on bumper cover from hitting the ground it's paint to match

8B-5 in the FSM has text for bulb replacement and there's sort of illustrated figure there also 8B-3 on the previous page.
