Turn Signal Blinking Slowly

My right blinker just started blinking very slowly, both front and rear bulbs light up so it's not a burnt out bulb, help.

Have you checked the side marker bulbs as well? There's more than just front and rear bulbs involved

I'm also fairly certain I have a grounding issue because the directional indicators on the dashboard have a dim glow when the directionals aren't on.

Are you running LED bulbs?
Are you running an electronic flasher?
The style with the ground wire?

If one side is normal, how can the other side being fast, slow, or different be caused by "the flasher"? Same flasher does both sides.

Usually when one side blinks slower it's because a bulb has burned out, so that would be my first step in diagnosis, like I mentioned in the 3rd post, but we haven't heard any confirmation of that troubleshooting step
