Progress is slow going because I keep the corvette a few towns over. I recently cut the AIR tubes off of the manifolds and welded the holes, ground out some of the excess weld, specifically where the EGR protrudes, wrapped them in Design Engineering Titanium wrap and coated the whole thing with Thermo Tec exhaust wrap coating.

Hopefully you dunked your wrap in a bucket of water and wore good nitrile gloves. Crap will sure make you itch otherwise. Glad you used spray over it. You can see literally the fibers floating in the air in sunlight when you open the hood otherwise
