Cruise control
I tested out my cruise control and it kept it at the speed but it would let slow down then speed up and slow down and speed up. It kept on doing this and sometimes it would stay at a constant speed then speed up. Is this normal?

As said your system is working but it does have a vacuum problem, I would start by looking at the hoses at the cruise unit. Look for cracked or soft tubing battery gases sometimes rot the hoses and make them pourus
