Vette stumbling
Here is the scenerio,my buddy was driving his 87 the other day when it started to stumble like the fuel filter was clogged. Replaced the fuel filter (Playing shotgun mechanic) .Went to drive it after the filter change and it ran fine.Today it started to do the stumbling thing again bad .What should we check, IAC,injectors,???.Any suggestions appreciated. :confused:

Pull any latent codes, clear stored codes and see if any return.
Is the stumble off idle or from a steady speed; is it going to WOT or increasing to part throttle?
Put a DMM on the TPS to see if the resistance changes smothly from the idle position through WOT.
Verify base timing.
Put a fuel gauge on the Schraeder, lay it on the windshield and check pressure at stumble.
Pull the spark plugs and check condition.
