Greetings all,
The oil temp gauge is reading 300 degrees plus. Had a defective sensor replaced. The new sensor was tested read 190 degrees while car was running; however, the oil temp gauge still reads 300 degrees which is incorrect. Told that I had to get gauge calibrated or maybe it's an ECM issue as the other gauges are working properly. I'm trying to find a tech in the Los Angeles area that can solve the problem.
