1984 Corvette No Crank No Start
I just purchased a 1984 c4 corvette manual transmission as a project and cannot seem to get it to even crank. Heres the situation so far:
1. I have a new starter motor installed
2. car has enough power to start all accessories and lights up dash.
3. I have went into the dash and attempted to jump the car via the TDS (theft deterrent system) , no crank still
4. I took out the 10A fuse in the dash as well and it still has not started.
5. Have not tried jumping the clutch safety switch yet, but I suspect it to be a yellow and green/white wire.
6. Have not tried push to start yet, last owner said it worked though.
Any tips as to what I can do or attempt to diagnose in order to get this car started? I can also provide any information as well as pics if asked.
Thank you for reading!

Do you get fuel prime with key in run?
Do you get fuel prime with key in run?
Checked for continuity and there is from the clutch switch to the TDS, so that must be receiving power
Checked the crank fuse to see if it is receiving power, and it is.
Not sure how to see if I get fuel prime from turning the key.
My suspicion is that it might be the starter solenoid, or "solenoid switch" as shown in this diagram. Either that or damage in the purple wires.
Did you confirm the switch itself is operating? A simple test to rule it out would be jumping out the connector and trying to see if the car cranks. I have had things pass continuity on a meter but still not actually function properly. Very rare but did happen twice.

Also, I did hear the fuel prime humming noise you mentioned. Im sure that means the pump is functioning.
