Default What headers are these?

Recently bought a used 1991 Corvette. It has lots of aftermarket parts that I am trying to confirm. The seller said these are supposed to be 1 7/8. Does anyone recognize the manufacturer? I may end up unwrapping them as I’m not sure it’s necessary and I am tired of the fiberglass fibers irritating my skin.
It looks like a weld seam about 5” from the flange. Possibly stepped?

Looks like legit 1 7/8 steel headers, not like any I've had or that may be in current production, that's a nice thick flange with a unique bow in it... keep the wrap if you can, it seems to be in good shape. If you remove the headers, you can spray a coating on them to keep the fibers off of everything. Wraps are a PITA to install, and don't look like show car stuff, but they are a big benefit. Stainless headers conduct less heat so steel headers benefit from a wrap even more, unless you drive in a lot of rain perhaps.

Definitely spray them. There's silicone spray just for this. The fibers just linger in the air like crazy once disturbed/sneezed on, and will itch for 2-4 days

They actually measure 1 3/4 inches. I am removing the wrap as it is around 10 years old and disintegrating more every time I touch them. They seem to be ceramic coated as well though, so I am not too worried about it.
