Ok, so I learned allot about the tool (Vetronix/MasterTech scanner).... its very close to the Tech 1 in its operations. I was able to actuate the ABS solenoids using the tool... Lots of trial and error, but we eventually got the desired results.

Used the Brake Motive pressure bleeder first just to be sure. Raised the car, wheels off, Had my wife operate the scanner. Had her hold down the brake pedal while I opened the bleeder at each wheel... Went through the test sequence for each wheel in both hold and acutating mode, closed the bleeder, then let the pedal up.

I also ran the car in gear while off the ground and the ASR activated but not the Anti-Lock, BUT, I didnt slam on the brakes... Not sure if that did anything in particular... Test drove it and the pedal seems 10X better.... still doesnt feel as good as my 2011 SS Camaro after doing the brakes on it, but I did replace the rotors on that car. On the Vette, I had the rotors cut down and they said the rears were at minimum spec after the machining.

All in all, Im happy I can drive the car again... which we did today!! Next task is replacing the clutch slave cylinder which is leaking badly now....
