Yes, you can. The head unit in the dash is just the control. The receiver is behind the passenger seat. If you use a factory CD/cassette control unit, it should be plug and play.

The factory CD combo is a Bose. Make sure your current radio is Bose. I could be wrong but Im under the impression that the base radio was not a Bose and a Bose CD unit may not be interchangeable operationally speaking
Thank you very Much !! Ya can't beat that deal. From what I've read though, it may not work because of the harness, but this is new to me. I'm not a mechanic, but I do love tinkering with cars. You tube has been my "go to" and has been very helpful. I'm gonna do some more checking to see if it would work. Again, thank you very much !!
